We are looking for a skilled Zscaler Secure Services Edge (SSE) Engineer with hands-on experience in ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, and ZDX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in security policy management, troubleshooting across Zscaler modules, and excellent communication skills to support remote customers effectively during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA):Create and modify URL categories and security policies.
Develop and manage SSL inspection policies.
Configure firewall and DNS security rules.
Understand and apply user identity mappings to policies.
Comprehend SIPA and manage policy triggers accordingly.
Zscaler Private Access (ZPA):Create and manage application segments and segment groups.
Understand application segment operations to prevent access control issues.
Analyze and adjust existing ruleset order; create new rules when needed.
Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC):Develop and troubleshoot app profiles and PAC files.
Manage versioning of Client Connector across macOS and Windows platforms.
Set up and troubleshoot authentication configurations.
Zscaler Troubleshooting:Analyze logs using Zscaler portal for ZIA, ZPA, and Splunk.
Understand rule matching within and across Zscaler features.
Correlate and resolve user issues across ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC.
Regular Operations and Support:Provide remote desktop support via Bomgar, RDP, etc.
Administer desktops running macOS and Windows 11.
Deliver high-quality customer support via voice and messaging.
Ensure clear, professional communication and follow-ups.
Utilize Jira, Slack, Confluence, and ServiceNow for task and incident tracking.
Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Zscaler SSE (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with remote support and desktop administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle U.S. business hours
