Zone Sales Manager

Position Summary
Work under general direction of the Regional Sales Manager. Follow the trend of industry development in the region, responsible for Microsopy sales in the target region. Leverage segment solutions to address customer painpoit, execute full coverage strategy, build KOL network, and achieve sustainable growth in the target region. 
 

Main Tasks

1.  Customer Development and Maintenance 
-    Develop new customers (research institutes, universities, etc.), maintain existing customer relationships, and establish long-term cooperation.
-    Regularly visit customers to understand the needs of scientific research and provide customized microscope solutions (e.g. confocal, electron microscopy, XRM, etc.).
2.   Zone Sales target achievement 
-    Completing quarterly/annual sales targets assigned by the company, tracking order fulfillment and payback process.
-    Analyze market trends and competitors' dynamics and formulate targeted sales strategies.
3.   Technical Support and Training 
-    Provide product demonstrations, application training and after-sales support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.  Answer customers' questions about microscope performance, application training, and after-sales support.
-    Answer customers' technical questions about microscope performance, imaging software, and supporting consumables.
4.   Market Activity Participation 
-    Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and technical seminars to enhance brand influence.
-    Collect customer feedback, promote product optimization or new product development proposals.

Requirements
Education
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in material science preferred.

Experience
1.   Minimal 3 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
2.   Lived and worked in the regions.
3.   Academic instruments experiences would be a big plus.
4.   Zone sales management would be a plus
