Service Delivery Zone Leader, S&SD 

Your role:

Comply with service team goal, mission and visionoptimize the service team management process and complete the transformation of service business modelLead zone delivery teams to achieve related delivery KPIWell cooperate and internal support to commercial team, for zone level business AOP achievementManage and control the zone level expenses, COO & material cost, etc responsible for IGM AOP achievement  Be responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements.Leverage with internal and external resources to lead team to handle tough customer or business issues for customer satisfaction and retentionBe responsible for team people management, Identify / develop talent and lead by example to promote a performance culture.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experienceAt least 5 years of team management experienceSolidly proficient in Project Management or a related disciplineMust understand effects of process on Revenue and IFOPMI certification preferredPerformance history in meeting objectives
