The Position - Zonal Manager - Pathology

Reporting to the Regional Manager Pathology, you will be coming into the sales team at an opportune time to play your part in reshaping the healthcare landscape.

This position will be based out of Mumbai

Your Opportunity:

Business Development and Sales

Evaluate  the  market  environment, estimate the Demand and competitive analysisResponsible for Budget preparation. Financial responsibility for budgeting, sales analysis, forecasting and profitability, Develop and handle the yearly/quarterly budget for all areas of responsibilityPrepare monthly  sales  plan  &  estimate  the  inventory  requirement  at  C & F  levelReview  sales  &  provide  rolling  analysis every  monthManagement of the top line sales and gross margins in their regionResponsible for advising all of the activities in Marketing, Sales for Business in the particular regionDevelopment of sales, sales channels, Sales promotional items and activities and sales supportIdentifying and network with key / large customers ( with volume Business) and establish relationship, thereby promoting businessResponsible for the total Business in the region for new and existing customers

Execution of Marketing Plan

Responsible for Business Analysis and planning for new product launchesExecution of  the sales promotion plan  through his sales force in each territory and supervising the sameDevelopment and Implementation of Regional Specific StrategiesMake an accurate record of all the sales promotion activities and their expenses along with the sales generated from the promotions (feedback on efficacy of the various campaigns)Responsible for driving Regional Marketing activities (CME, Conference participation)

Others

Monitor all compliances relating to product Placement, IPC compliance, documentation, reporting in clarify, and lead critical customer issuesConducting Regional Team Meetings every quarterResponsible  for recruitment of the sales TeamManagement of Regional expenses-travel, marketing within allocated budgetsGenerate Reports in Clarify

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of field sales experience in the Tissue or Oncology space.proven ability negotiating contracts with Integrated Health Networksproven experience driving revenue growth via strategic territory developmentWho we are
