Influencing the sales organization (ZBM, ZSM, TM, FSE) to deliver all Airtel Payments Bank KPIs for the zone Look after channel wealth (partner profitability) Increase Market share in the zone Monitor the ROI and take measures to increase the ROI Onboarding of new Partners and Branding Expansion of airtel money outlets, attracting and retaining the right kind of outlets New Product training and Business development Analysis / identify business opportunity (partner search, training, branding) Quality and productivity of Airtel Money outlets GTM and sales of all banking products Drive and increase Throughput in zones – money transfers (P2P, P2B) Bank’s Revenues, finding synergies with mobility, telemedia and DTH benefiting both mobility and AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK from differentiated airtel money offering
Challenges:
Output is dependent on coordinating with ZBM, ZSMs, TMs in the circles to drive outlet on-boarding / productivity, on-boarding customers, circle AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK merchant SPOC for merchant programs etc Manage internal and external Stake holders effectively.
