The Opportunity
Our Energy & Utilities team are seeking their next highly capable Zero Harm Advisor to join our team in Wheatstone. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working a 2/2 roster day shift. This will be reporting directly to the Project Manager with the support from the Health and Safety Manager, you will play a major part in ensuring our Zero Harm standard is embedded into everything our people do on and off site.
What we are looking for
Develop strong relationships with client Safety peers and SupervisionEnsure regular meetings with the client safety peer occursConduct a minimum 3 CR Inspections per week and document in LucidityEnsure the Hazard form developed and implemented in Lucidity is used in paper form by the Blue Collar team and to be promoted at all timesAssist in Project Establishment including development of safety management plans and SHMS set up. Contractual safety KPI’s are to be included in the safety management plans and process put in place for regular monitoringEnsure the work areas are visited daily with a focus on Critical Risk management and Leader EngagementEnsure proactive measures are considered for all injury management cases. Injury management must be prioritised to ensure the best outcome for the worker and the businessWhat we offer
