Job Description
A customer of Insight Global in the commercial cleaning & franchise industry is seeking a Zendesk Sales Analyst who will sit in Marietta full time. This person is supporting a growing company and will be the lesion between technology, sales & the business to improve the functionality of Zendesk across the organization. This person will have a high level of visibility & growth opportunity through driving initiatives & collaborating with executive leaders to drive efficiency & growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage CRM system to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and overall health, including the management of integrations across various software tools used in sales and operations.
Oversee the acquisition and uploading of lead lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Use reporting to identify potential business development opportunities and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
Work closely with our marketing agency to coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years experience working with ZenDesk in a sales capacity
Proficiency in process design and implementation in a Sales environment
Salesforce experince with exposure to ZenDesk acceptable
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to drive business growth. Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field null
