Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Zendesk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zendesk platform, ensuring seamless ticketing operations, and integrating various tools and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, including coding and API integration, to support our customer service operations. This person will engage in significant coding tasks, utilizing languages such as JavaScript and Python.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within Zendesk Administration supporting ticketing and configuration across the tool
- Experience working with JavaScript and/or Python to develop scripts for integration and data extractions
- Experience working with API integrations and webhooks
- Perform Configuration tailored to Zendesk requirements across, workflows, automation and triggers to enhance efficiency for its users
- Ensure seamless data flow between Zendesk and other applications while collecting data to utilize to improve operations and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills null
