Soccer Stars is the parent company of three premier children's sports development programs, holding over 350 classes each week for early childhood, elementary, and middle school children. The Soccer Stars team has over 80 full and part-time staff and coaches who are committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience in over 100 schools, childcare centers, and facilities throughout Boston, Massachusetts. The Coaching Supervisor is a full-time position for a talented, creative, and personable individual with exceptional written and oral communication skills. We are seeking an innovative thinker with an infectiously energetic personality to assist in leading our team of educators and coaches. Responsibilities: + To support and report to the Regional Director + Identifying, screening, interview, and onboard coaches + Represent a position of being an ambassador, to mentor and guide the coaching team + Supervise and evaluate educators and coaches through written review to ensure the overall quality of the program + Assist in the development of staff training program + Lead, provide materials for and participate in coach training + Liaise with parents to receive feedback on staff performance and program content + Lead and evaluate coaching sessions as needed Requirements + Minimum coaching license requirement - US Soccer Grassroot + Minimum two years in coaching experience and practical application + Early Education Credits a plus not required + Proficiency in G Suite + Aptitude for effectively preparing and delivering presentations to a large group + Customer service oriented + Exceptional organizational skills + Experience in project management + Work a Friday-Tuesday schedule Benefits We offer a competitive starting salary, excellent growth potential, outstanding benefits (health and dental coverage, two weeks paid vacation, 401k plan, etc.), a very friendly work environment, and the satisfaction of developing and delivering a fantastic program to children.
