Help Desk Technician (IT)

Tasks and Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and business applications. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Configure and debug desktop programs. Ensure seamless Local Area Network (LAN) operations. Install computer peripherals for users. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. Skills Required Proficient in: Windows Professional OS (XP-10). Microsoft Office (all versions). Internet Explorer. Business applications. TCP/IP and networking fundamentals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Other Attributes Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive attitude. Qualification 12 or any graduate Experience 1-2 years of experience in technical help desk support.
