FORVIA is looking for a Year-Round Human Resources Intern for our Arlington, Texas location.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of an HR Intern is to support and implement the Site's HR policies and tools to provide support to management on human resources issues. 

The main missions of the role are:

Ensure efficient HR administration processes are upheldMaintain confidentiality in all aspects of required dutiesEnsure efficient payroll and administration processes for temporary and full-time employeesMaintain Filing Organization in compliance with Federal and State LawsManage training & Improvement Ideas process and dataUpdate, maintain, and improve overtime trackingEmployee engagement activities. Enter employees points from report in e-time weekly, help to pull employee points and vacation times for supervisors Administration of employee services (canteen, uniforms, etc)Prepare and coordinate communication meetings accordinglyCommitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.Greet visitors and direct to staff, have all visitors sign in, and ensure compliance with FES and safety requirementsOther activities required by the site. Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be: 

Undergraduate / Graduate Applicants enrolled in college or universityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate skills in communication and collaborationPreferred knowledge of HR
