Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesHR Controlling Intern will be a key element to the Division HR Director in order to assist and support all activities related to HR KPI’s from the sites. Would have the opportunity to experience a dynamic, challenging and well-balanced environment.
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating – North America Organization is looking for you as an Intern – HR Controlling m/f for our site in Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States.
Your main missions will be to:
• Talent KPI reporting (Hiring, Resignation, Training, Career Development)
• Headcount reporting and analysis (Actual vs Forecast/Budget)
• HR KPI evolution reporting and dashboard creation and data analysis
• Various qualitative reports related to data analysis
• Validation of the correct information in HRIS
• HR budget consolidation and reporting
• Annual social report follow-up (quantitative/qualitative)
• Consolidation of the HR agenda (reporting deadlines, payroll dates)
• Annual Salary planning consolidation in line with budget
• Fulfill and enforce the Code of Ethics and the Code of Management
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Data Analysis, or Finance
• Strong ability with Microsoft Excel
• At least one-year of experience in the field preferred
• Spanish is an asset
• Communication and analytic skills, ability to negotiate, Autonomy
• Customer and business understanding
• Ability to master change
