Your mission, roles and responsibilities

FORVIA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Intern to join our in-house legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within a dynamic and innovative company. The intern will work closely with our inhouse counsel team on various projects and legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Assist with managing corporate books and records.Help with drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, memos, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various corporate law topics.Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory matters.Participate in meetings and provide input on legal strategies and decisions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal requirements are met.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, in at least the 2L year.Some experience in corporate law, either through coursework, internships, or other relevant experiences.Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
