Additional $$ given based on previous experience and education! +$3/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift +$3/hr on weekends Availability - 2nd shift (3:30pm-4pm until 1am-2am) This position requires team members to efficiently move trailers around the facility to help prepare freight that is being transported to Menard, Inc. stores. Ensure proper freight securement of all loaded trailers Ability to work accurately with numbers and perform simple mathematical calculations Communicate with area supervisors using a yard management system to ensure proper placement of trailers Perform pre-trip inspection on trailers Perform safety check of tractor vehicle prior to operation Basic mechanical skills.
