Job Title: Yard Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility is to operate a 50-60 ton forklift in an outdoor setting. The role involves working in various weather conditions, including heat, and ensuring safety by keeping pathways clear of hazards.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a 50-60 ton forklift efficiently and safely.Signal and guide vehicles and equipment along designated paths.Maintain clear and hazard-free walkways.Load and unload materials accurately and promptly.Essential SkillsProven experience with industrial forklifts.Ability to work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general labor within an industrial setting.Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors, where conditions can be hot, dusty, and dirty. The facility is equipped with large industrial fans, but it is non-climate controlled. This position requires someone who is comfortable working under these conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
