What You'll Be Doing

Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficientlyMaintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory controlPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasksCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard operationsAdhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environmentStrong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe worksiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform equipment checks and maintenanceClear communication skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
