What You'll Be Doing

Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safelyInspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance to ensure operational readinessMaintain clean and organized yard areas to support safety and production goalsCommunicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flowFollow all safety protocols and company procedures while working in active yard environments

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production settingStrong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionEffective communication skills and attention to detailWillingness to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to changing priorities

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
