What You'll Be Doing

Operate yard loader to manage stockpiles and load customer trucks safely and efficientlyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceCommunicate with dispatch and scale house to coordinate material movementMaintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiencySupport plant operations and assist with other duties as needed

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipmentStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognitionEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and adapt to changing prioritiesCommitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
