each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

Eleven onboard restaurant and lounge locations celebrate Four Seasons history of culinary innovation and attention to guest preferences. From classic Mediterranean to comfort food favorites, enjoy dining al fresco, indoors, or in the comfort of your suite’s terrace deck.

This approach will extend to the Four Seasons Yacht, which is being designed with features that will minimize its environmental impact. State-of-the-art technologies are being integrated throughout the design of both the yacht itself and guest experience. This will include the use of low emissions fuels and energy sources when possible, advanced water, waste, and air emissions management, the elimination of single use plastics, and more. Sustainable materials will be used throughout construction and design, with local sourcing a priority.

About the role

The Yacht General Manager is a charismatic, sharp, positive, experienced and decisive leader who will exemplify Four Seasons Luxury and will be responsible for the success for the Four Seasons Yacht.

The Yacht General Manager is a strategic leader and brings key stakeholders together, keeping everyone on track for the successful delivery/opening of this project. They will possess exceptional personal presence and sets the tone for the entire crew ensuring that the Four Seasons Brand Culture is felt in every interaction.

The Yacht GM has great interpersonal skills, uses effective communication with multiple stakeholders with differing views and is capable of creating strong business cases to improve the operation and guest experience.

Must be a Four Seasons brand ambassador for a brand defining venture. The GM demonstrates agility and innovation in a complex, remote Yacht operation and possesses strong guest centric skills that will define luxury at sea. They will also have strong networking skills that leverage relationships that will make an impact in the ports of call communities, wherever the yacht sails.

What you will do:

The pre-opening Four Seasons Yacht GM will be responsible for the startup, with the support of corporate functional expertise, and oversight of all Hotel operations while onboard. This role is the most senior Hospitality role onboard the Yacht.

What you bring:

A Hospitality Management Degree preferred with relevant experience in Luxury Hospitality leadership roles, advanced certifications or diplomas are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in same or similar hospitality leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in

luxury yacht or cruise line operations as Hotel Manager or GM is a must.

Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must be fully versed in Hospitality operational systems and technology. Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.

Schedule & Hours:

*This role will start in the Miami Yacht Office during pre-opening phase then move to the shipyard in Ancona, Italy in mid-late 2025. Ideally, the candidate will hold a valid US work authorization. The Yacht General Manager will live and work onboard once the Yacht launches in late 2025.
