Job Description Are you experienced in luxury recruitment or the yachting sector and ready for your next challenge? We’re working with a leading yacht management company, to find a talented Yacht Crew Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid role based in the South of France, offering a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-calibre yacht crew across all departments—interior, deck, engineering, and galley. Working closely with both European and US-based stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in matching skilled professionals with elite vessels around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for yacht crew placements Identify, assess, and interview candidates in accordance with MLC guidelines Build strong relationships with captains, yacht managers, and owners to understand their crew requirements Collaborate with international offices to ensure a seamless global service Provide ongoing support post-placement to ensure successful integration What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in yacht crew recruitment, luxury staffing, or yachting operations In-depth knowledge of yacht roles, certifications, and maritime compliance Legally eligible to work in France or Monaco and based in the region Fluent English speaker; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Comfortable working 12 PM–8 PM CET to align with US operations Basic salary depending on experience, and generous commission package.
