What are we looking for?

For our specialized team, we are looking for a XVT Business Analyst, with the possibility of working remotely, from anywhere in Spain.

Work location: 100% remote, within Spain.

Working hours: M-F from 9.00 to 18.00

As a XVT Business Analyst in XVT your mission will collaborate closely within the XVA Product Team (Quants Team, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Methodology, Admission, Internal Model Validation, the XVA Trading Desk and Sales).

Your objective will be to gather, document, analyze business requirements, processes and workflows. You will oversee the definition and surveillance of the process for provisioning of data that will be consumed by the in-house engine, following a new process to move to a modular process computation. Coordinate dumping of double runs (base scenario and stress) for the different layers of the data lake. You will collaborate with the XVA developers to execute the technical developments that support XVA's calculation and provisioning engines, ensuring consistency and accuracy of valuations, as well as involvement in regulatory projects related to Regulatory Capital.

You will work closely with the technical developers to make sure that there are no data inconsistencies between systems.

We need somebody like you to help us on different fronts:

·       Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.

·       Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges.

·       Elicit, document and analyze business requirements, processes and workflows.

·       Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.

·       GAP analysis from users and definitions to developers.

·       Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, each in diverse phases and with its own actors and technologies, being able to successfully keep up with their requirements and deadlines.

·       Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

Competence and proven experience of +3 years in:

·       CIB Markets area projects

·       Risks Projects

·       Financial products: derivatives OTC

·       Trading Desk & Risk metrics: ideally knowledge in Valuation Adjustments (XVA)

·       Counterparty Credit Risk Engines and metrics

·       Software development frameworks:

·       Agile environments: Scrum, Kanban; and tools: Jira, Confluence

·       Corporate tools like Service Now, Control-M web, Hue, Go Portal, etc.

Nice to have:

·       Advanced analytical knowledge in: Data Base Management: Spark, Scala and Data Lake, Data bricks, SQL, Cloud. Interfaces, microservices and rest APIs

·       Java, Python or C++ are a plus.
