WW Delivery Support Specialist
Supports various customer facing roles within HPEFS , like Customer Account Specialist, Customer Delivery Specialist, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Specialist and many othersBooks non-standard lease contracts in HPEFS systemsHelps in processing and booking of the new lease contractsSolves customer queries related to rental invoices flowHelps process new lease contracts, creates new lease schedules, checks invoice correctness, etc.Controls and monitors HPE Receivables related to supplier invoices Processes changes and adjustments on existing customer contractsSupports BOT implementations, testing of new applications and its functionalitiesSupports AML process and procedures by providing certain customers'/partners' related checksCooperates closely with other operational teams and HPE/HPEFS financial departmentsGuarantees high quality of the customer service, provides information and offers solutionsRole requirements:
