WSMR - Lead Technical Manager II (Transition)

Primary Function

The Lead Technical Manager II will be responsible for managing a variety of technical projects that may include, but are not limited to, communications, networks, sensors, lasers, data acquisition and reduction (and similar) for integration and test and evaluation services. Functions include, but are not limited to, project management to schedule, performance and cost in order to accomplish projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or 5 year experience support Test and Evaluation in program managementKnowledge of Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, and EngineeringMinimum 3 years of technical management and leadership experienceCurrent driver’s license requiredAbility to maintain or obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Working Environment

This is a on-site, fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.   Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. This position is normally 5 days a week M-F. However, weekends and after hour support may be required.
