Primary Function

The Information System Analyst III will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components, managing network servers and technology tools, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting personnel and customer issues, assisting in the design and implementation of new applications and systems, provide technical support, and analyzing system and user needs to recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience as an information System Analyst or similar roleFamiliarity with various operating systems and platformsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking conceptsExperience with database management and data analysis2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration (preferred)

Working Environment

This is an on-site, fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.   Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. This position is normally 5 days a week M-F. However, weekends and after hour support may be required.
