Introduction of the position
\n\n\nThis position provides 1st line support to Gilbarco Veeder-Root's EMEA customers enrolled in Wet Stock Management Services. The Analyst will identify, investigate, close-out and or provide solutions to system generated and customer reported incidents. Responsibilities include and not limited to technical support involving on-site engineers, providing AVA, SIR services, assist with investigations, closed loop data as well as and playing a pivotal supporting role to the service account manager in providing monthly statistical reporting information and customer requested data.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n\n\n\nAssist in the implementation of effective management controls and assist in the monitoring of customer accounts through regular reporting and daily management activities.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonitor and analyze wet stock live alarms within set time limits.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProcess AVA and SIR tanks sufficiently and escalate issues accordingly.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProvide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnsure adequate follow-up and resolution for identified issues and deviances
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnsure the timely completion of all daily operational tasks including customer reporting requirements.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nResponsible for creation and implementation of procedures to support the management of new/establish customer accounts and ensuring all customer support.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaintain up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines as they apply to each customer.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport field test activities and site enrolments for new services as required.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTroubleshooting of remote communication issues, primarily modem and TCP/IP communication protocols.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorking cohesively with your colleagues/wider IS360 team to provide support/training and information on day-to-day activities; take on additional responsibilities to enable a larger project to be delivered.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAssist the Team Leader with Daily Management activities.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProvide live demonstrations of Tools / Systems to customers and staff visiting the WSM Office.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaintains a safe working area and acts in accordance to current Gilbarco HSE Policy.

\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications & Experience
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
\n\nAvailability for working on shifts ( days/nights rotation ) to cover 24/7 support \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGood working knowledge of MS Office skills specifically Excel
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrevious experience of client relationship/account management
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExtensive experience gained working in the Wetstock Industry as Analyst
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPatience and ability to develop, coach and mentor others in the delivery of services to our customers.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSome commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service oriented operation.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExcellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStructured, organized and self-driven
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDemonstrable ability to gather, analyse and summarizes data to draw rational, fact-based conclusions.
