Job Overview:

As a WSHO, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. You will be responsible for monitoring safety practices, conducting inspections, and supporting incident investigations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Address and provide counsel on specific instances of WSH non-compliance and unsafe work practices. Assist the Authority and QP(S) team on worksite safety management together with both the Contractor’s safety and site team. To review and countercheck safety document submissions and conduct routine and audit site checks highlighting any safety concern and observations and propose recommendations to improve work safety. Implement risk management procedures and controls. Contribute suggestions to mitigate reoccurrences of incidents and accidents. Explain WSH compliance requirements and proper work practices pertaining to employees' specific work process or area. Follow and plan Emergency Preparedness and Response Support WSH incident and accident investigation.

 

Job Requirements:

Registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM); Have minimum three (3) years of post-registration and practical experience. Possess knowledge of construction industry in stations or tunnels.
