Schedule: Full Time/Days

Supports Hillsboro, Newburg, Tigard and the surrounding area

The Wound Ostomy RN is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence.National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.Certification as a Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire.2 years of Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of Home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET).
