**DESCRIPTION** We are seeking experienced **Workshop / Truckbay Supervisor** to join our dynamic workshop team based in Tamworth. **Description** + Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices + Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results + Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end + Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation + Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred + Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products + Experience in a management is preferred but not essential + Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** + Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy diesel mechanic or automotive Mechanic (light / heavy / engine recon) + Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy or light diesel products.
