**Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for technical pricing and customer support? Join our Service Delivery team as a Workshop/Repairs Administrator —where your precision, coordination skills, and system expertise help drive service excellence every day.**
**What is the job about?**
As a Workshop/Repairs Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing Technical Spares Quotations, requiring a strong application of technical knowledge, especially regarding the practical aspects of the services being quoted. Your role will involve working closely within the local Service Delivery organization, supporting colleagues in daily operations, and contributing to consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Your tasks include:**
+ Apply established pricing schemes per customer and part type
+ Identify and report pricing anomalies or inconsistencies
+ Respond to spontaneous pricing-related requests from Sales, Service Sales, and customers
+ Create detailed and timely offers following planned service work
+ Support local Service and Sales Delivery teams under management instruction
+ Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
+ Operate within SAP CS and SAP CRM platforms
+ Maintain high standards and flag any system or process issues
**What do you need to apply?**
+ Minimum high school education
+ Commercial or business support experience
+ Strong in data analysis, communication, and coordination
+ Communicative and independent thinker
+ Proactive, resilient, and results-driven
+ Familiar with systems such as SAP CS, SAP CRM
+ Skilled in standard Office applications
+ Great Excel knowledge
