As Workshop Manager, you will take full responsibility for our two Mobileye test and service workshops located in Unterschleißheim and Oberschleißheim. You are the go-to person for all internal teams, external partners, and public authorities concerning our test vehicle fleet. You ensure smooth daily operations, and coordinate all Workshop related topic regarding including safety, quality standards, and the continuous development of our workshop processes.Your tasks includeOverall technical and organizational responsibility for both workshopsEstablishment, optimization, and standardization of processes and structuresPlanning and coordination of maintenance, repair, modifications, and upkeep of our test vehiclesKey contact for TÜV, DEKRA, municipalities, authorities, and external partners (including vehicle registration, inspections, certifications)Responsibility for health, safety, environmental topics (EHS) and legal complianceManagement of workshop tools, equipment, and infrastructureSupport with logistics, vehicle shipments, and documentationPreparation for and support during audits and certification renewalsClose cooperation with Mobileye’s test, engineering, and operations teamsPersonnel responsibility including guidance, training, and development of workshop staffWhat we look forCertified Master Technician (Kfz-Meister) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Bachelor Professional)Several years of experience as Workshop Manager, Technical Coordinator, or similar role – ideally with test vehicles, special vehicles, or in the ADAS/autonomous driving environmentStrong knowledge of dealing with testing authorities (TÜV, DEKRA) and government agenciesProven track record in building and optimizing workshop structures and processesStrong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and high level of personal responsibilitySolid technical understanding of modern vehicles, ideally including BEVs and ADAS systemsConfident user of common software tools (e.g., MS Office, project management tools)Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and writtenHands-on mentality, team player, pragmatic, structured working style
