The role ensures smooth coordination between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service execution.
Skills:
Proven experience working as a Workshop Foreman, Tool Push, or Field Supervisor.Strong background in Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) up to 10,000 PSI.Hands-on experience with Fishing, Wireline Tools, PCL, and General Field Operations.Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and field crews under high-pressure environments.Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in oilfield services (Tool Push / PCL / Fishing / Wireline Tools)Technical degree preferredHigh School Diploma required

Lead and promote strict compliance with Weatherford’s HSE policies and safety culture.Manage workshop including PCE up to 10,000 PSI and various wireline/fishing tools.Oversee job planning, tool preparation, execution, and post-job evaluations.Supervise and develop field personnel, ensuring performance, training, and discipline standards are met.Maintain tool and equipment readiness; oversee maintenance, inventory, and repairs.Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and clients to meet job requirements and resolve issues.Support cost control efforts, job documentation, and service quality reporting.
