This position requires a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in oilfield services and a strong background in managing tools, crews, and workshop performance. The role ensures smooth coordination between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service execution.

Skills:

Proven experience working as a Workshop Foreman, Tool Push, or Field Supervisor.Strong background in Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) up to 10,000 PSI.Hands-on experience with Fishing, Wireline Tools, PCL, and General Field Operations.Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and field crews under high-pressure environments.Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in oilfield services (Tool Push / PCL / Fishing / Wireline Tools)Technical degree preferredHigh School Diploma required
