Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and manage maintenance records in our softwareProcess and approve all vehicle registrations in a timely mannerEnsure all company vehicles are registered while operating on the road networkReceive, code, and approve invoices for timely paymentVerify supplier statements against received invoicesWhat you’ll bring
Experience in similar role within the fleet or transport industryPrior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of business operations, products and servicesIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWell-developed communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levelsDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
