As a Workplace Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for:

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and develop the Front of House and Facilities team

Manage team schedules and resolve conflicts

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Coaching & Development

Provide tailored training and mentorship

Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Facilities Management

Set annual priorities and align strategies across European offices

Manage vendor contracts and ensure service quality

Support capital projects and respond to incidents

Front of House Operations

Ensure professional client and visitor experience

Oversee Conference Center operations

Collaborate on global hospitality policies

Health & Safety Oversight

Ensure compliance with legislation in London and Frankfurt

Lead fire safety and first aid program

Communicate safety updates across business units

What we look for:

10+ years of experience in facilities and/or front-of-house operations

3+ years of proven people management experience — you know how to support, coach, and empower your team

Strong follow-through and the ability to see projects through from concept to completion

Experience navigating matrixed environments and managing external service providers

A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills and sound judgment

Familiarity with infrastructure systems, maintenance, and technology platforms

A proactive approach to adapting best practices and driving innovation
