Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management & Delivery
Align internal and IFM strategies to ensure cohesive project delivery.Ensure global alignment and consistency in supply partner strategies.Contribute to in-year and long-term strategic goals, acting as the outcome owner for these strategies.Agree on transformation initiatives and govern and support suppliers in delivering these in partnership with Ericsson stakeholder groups.Manage existing transformation areas, including Workplace Experience, Workplace Technology, Sustainability, Security, Stakeholder Engagement, and Operational Improvements.Drive internal delivery, manage dependencies, and navigate internal business stakeholders involved in successful.Develop processes and align GFGO components to enable effective delivery.Oversee alignment projects between GFGO components to improve engagement and working methods.Led the delivery program and transformation initiatives by applying effective program management techniques..Strategic Development
Identify emerging areas suitable for transformation within GWO that support engagement with colleagues and improve working methods.Strengthen global IFM supplier partnerships through strategic agendas and establishing vested interests in transformation success.Develop strategies and plans around GWO's short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals, aligning supply partner objectives with these clearly defined workstreams.Manage engagement and communication projects on the GWO side, promoting internal activities and transformation progress.Support the Head of GWO in evolving the organisation's mission, vision, purpose, and identity.Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in strategic planning and delivery through programme and project management.Strong leadership and governance skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience in managing supplier relationships and transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of global alignment and consistency in project delivery.
