Responsibilities The Opportunity Drive a seamless and satisfying user experience by enabling the I&O organization to understand and anticipate end-user needs, and deliver innovative, effective services at speed and scale. A key focus of the role is to lead the evolution of the Collaboration and Communication technology framework to empower productivity across the LATAM. Your Impact As Workplace Services & AI Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of: 1. Partner with Managed Service Providers to ensure end user service levels are met across 17 countries in LATAM, conducting regular operational reviews and driving corrective actions when performance falls short. Accountability: Making decisions 2. Ensure execution of ITIL-based operational processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem Management), driving consistency and compliance across all LATAM sites. Accountability: Executing actions 3. Analyze service trends and generate insights to identify root causes, propose improvements, and proactively mitigate user-impacting issues through dashboards and analytics tools like Power BI. Accountability: Providing consultation. 4. Define and implement innovative technology solutions (e.g., AI, RPA, GenAI, automation) to improve service delivery and user experience across office, sales, and plant users. Accountability: Making decisions 5. Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Communication tools (Teams, Viva, SharePoint) to ensure seamless hybrid collaboration and digital workplace effectiveness. Accountability: Executing actions 6. Support Townhalls and large-scale events, ensuring high-quality delivery via virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), handling technical setup and support. Accountability: Executing actions 7. Engage with end users and business stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and gather feedback for continuous service improvement initiatives. Accountability: Executing actions 8. Collaborate with I&O leaders and internal cross-functional teams (Facilities, HR, Security, SRM) to align on service needs, escalate issues, and share performance analysis. Accountability: Providing consultation 9. Plan and execute service transitions for new or updated IT services across multiple departments, ensuring user readiness, adoption, and support structures are in place. Accountability: Executing actions 10. Continuously research and evaluate emerging workplace technologies that enhance productivity and user satisfaction, proposing pilots or adoption strategies to leadership. Accountability: Providing consultation Qualifications Education -Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in End User Services or IT Operations within complex, multi-country or regional environments. Experience 1. Technical Skills: strong foundation in IT operations (ITIL, IT Infrastructure, IT Services & Operations), Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva), analytics tools (Power BI, PowerApps), and emerging Gen-AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot). 2. Service & Event Management: customer-centric approach with a proven track record managing high-impact, large-scale virtual events (e.g., Town Halls, leadership communications) across hybrid environments. 3. Analytical & Communication Strengths: skilled in data interpretation, identifying trends for service improvement, and presenting insights to executive audiences with clarity and influence. 4. Collaboration & Leadership: experienced in cross-functional coordination, remote workplace tools, and engaging with diverse stakeholders across LATAM markets. 5. Language & Cultural Fluency: fluent in English with international exposure. Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable for regional effectiveness.
