About the team

Within the Finance and Workplace organization, you will be an integral part of the Workplace Programs Team, a specialized subset of the broader Workplace Experience Team. Our mission is to develop, optimize, and manage Workplace programs that enhance operational efficiency and scale user experiences globally. By implementing frictionless processes, we enable our users to thrive and actively contribute to the shared goals of Stripe.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key programs along with implementing critical processes and policies that guide the Workplace Team across 20+ locations. The Workplace team’s mission is to build and operate work environments that are welcoming, comfortable, and intuitive; supportive of collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity; and centered around the rigorous safety, security, and confidentiality we employ as a financial services company.

Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable workplace programs (e.g., Change Management, Workplace Policies, Global Mail, Feedback Loops, Remote Workplace Programs) that enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent communication around workplace programs. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs that align with company goals and employee needs. Use data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Partner with Workplace Operations and cross-functional teams (e.g., Security, IT, People) to operationalize programs across global offices. Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring strong performance, budget adherence, and contract compliance—including negotiation, statements of work (SOWs), and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Lead special projects that improve operational effectiveness and evolve the Workplace team's processes and policies. Manage project and program working groups, delegate responsibilities, and collaborate with program managers to identify risks and opportunities across initiatives.
Develop and manage annual program and project budgets, ensuring delivery against goals and forecasts. Monitor and analyze program performance using workplace metrics, operational data, and user insights to inform decision-making. Present regular updates, trends, and recommendations to leadership to influence program strategy and direction. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining a high-quality workplace experience. Proactively assess and mitigate program risks, and produce clear reporting for stakeholders at all levels. Develop and maintain program documentation, resources, and plans for ongoing updates and maintenance. Translate employee feedback and evolving business needs into actionable program improvements. Minimum requirements Five or more years of experience in program or project management You have exceptional communication skills (in-person, virtual, and written), and an ability to seamlessly interact with and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization  You enjoy navigating complex projects and challenges, and thrive in incrementally bringing clarity to ambiguous situations Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross functional partners. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, project management, facilitation, and organization  Experience managing budgets and vendors  Experience managing cross functional and cross geo stakeholders  Experience in developing a business case and proposal writing  Understanding of change management concepts and how to apply them. Preferred qualifications Experience in a high growth technology company  Experience with Workplace, Real Estate or People Programs  Understanding of project management frameworks and software such as Asana, Monday, AirTable and/or Smartsheets Program/project management certifications eg. Go Lean Six sigma, PMP, etc.
