**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Workplace portfolio manager to help us shape the spaces where imagination, collaboration, and innovation come to life — helping to bring the LEGO **®** story into every workplace and creating environments that inspire the builders of tomorrow.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Portfolio Management of Workplace Experience Projects – Lead and supervise all workplace projects from initial nomination through to business case approval, ensuring alignment with strategy and execution excellence
+ Project Nomination, Prioritisation & Pipeline Management – Source, assess, and prioritise workplace projects using portfolio insights and business needs, in collaboration with Workplace Experience (WEX) partners
+ Business Case Development & Financial Planning – Drive the full business case process, including financial modelling (CAPEX/OPEX), scope definition, approvals, and lease negotiation coordination
+ Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Communication – Serve as a central point of coordination across Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Design, and other teams, ensuring transparent updates and alignment
+ Process Ownership & Best Practice Implementation – Own, formalise, and continuously improve the business case process, applying program and portfolio management rigor and aligning with broader business strategy

This role supports LEGO **®** by ensuring that its global workplace strategy aligns with the company’s business goals, talent needs, and cultural values. By managing the end-to-end process of workplace projects—from identifying space needs to securing executive approval—the Workplace Portfolio Manager helps optimize the LEGO group's real estate footprint, enhance employee experience, and enable future growth. Manage finances, coordinate efforts, and work with departments to develop motivating workspaces reflecting LEGO **®** innovation and quality.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Workplace portfolio management – experience of supervising a portfolio of workplace or corporate real estate projects managing the end-to-end business case process
+ Experience of creating business cases and presenting robust recommendations to senior leadership
+ Real estate experience – working with lease events, space planning, site selection, lease negotiations and real estate transactions
+ Cross functional project experience – collaborating with many partners from across the business
+ Creating impactful presentations – expert in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Workplace strategy experience – translating business needs into workplace design requirements
+ Project/Programme management experience – you will be leading multiple projects simultaneously
+ Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment operating in ambiguous environments where you need to take initiative and build structure
+ Experience with tools like MS Projects, Power BI or any other real estate platforms an advantage
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
