Job Overview

The Workplace Experience Manager (P3) is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment that enhances employee experience, productivity, and wellbeing. This role combines facilities management, hospitality expertise, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure the workplace functions efficiently while supporting organizational culture and business objectives.

Principal Tasks

Workplace Strategy Implementation
Implement and refine workplace strategy in alignment with organizational goals; manage space utilization, planning, and allocation to optimize the work environment based on data analytics and employee feedback. Experience Program Management
Develop, execute, and evaluate workplace experience programs including onsite amenities, community-building events, and services that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and productivity. Facilities Operations Oversight
Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations ensuring workspace functionality, safety, and compliance; manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for maintenance, security, catering, and other workplace services. Change Management & Communications
Lead change management initiatives for workplace transitions; create and distribute communications regarding workplace updates, policies, and new experience offerings to ensure adoption. Budget Management & Reporting
Manage allocated workplace experience budgets; track and report on key performance metrics and return on investment for workplace initiatives; prepare executive summaries of program effectiveness. Technology Integration
Oversee implementation and utilization of workplace management technologies including space booking systems, visitor management, environmental controls, and experience feedback platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, IT, Real Estate, and Business Units to align workplace experience strategies with talent attraction/retention goals, technology needs, and business requirements.

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field5+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities operations, or corporate hospitalityProven track record of program development and implementation in workplace or hospitality settingsStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience managing vendor relationships and service contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levelsProficiency with workplace management software and Microsoft Office suiteFinancial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in related field or relevant professional certification (CFM, IWFM, etc.)Experience with change management methodologiesKnowledge of workplace design principles and space planningUnderstanding of workplace technology trends and smart building systemsExperience with sustainability initiatives and wellness programmingData analytics capabilities and experience with workplace utilization metricsPrevious leadership or management experienceKnowledge of relevant health, safety, and accessibility regulations

Physical Requirements

Ability to move throughout the facility; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; extended periods working at a computer workstation.
