About the Role
We are seeking anexperienced Workplace Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilitiesmanagement (IFM) services across our London sites. Reporting to the CountryLead UK, you will be the primary on-site representative, ensuring serviceexcellence, compliance, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site services in line with contractual agreements and service level standardsLead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfactionMaintain cost control and profitability, ensuring compliance with financial and operational proceduresCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, service enhancements, and growthEnsure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, leading all audits and compliance processesSupport wider strategic initiatives including new service mobilisation and global projects
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operational and facilities management within a similar environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsCommercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and performance metricsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of systems like SAP, Maximo, or similar
Desirable
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualificationExperience balancing the needs of both clients and on-site teams
