This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. This is an onsite role in New York, NY USA. **What You’ll Do:** + Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests visiting the amenity space, including greeting upon arrival, addressing tenant requests, and facilitating access to available services and amenities. + Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the amenity space is clean, presentable, and operating to standard; submit work orders and coordinate with property operations to ensure timely resolution of issues. + Manage ordering, receiving, restocking, and inventory of amenity supplies in alignment with approved budgets and operational needs. + Facilitate tenant bookings of the amenity space, including calendar management and clear communication of booking requirements. + Lead execution of scheduled meetings and events, coordinating meeting room setup, catering, AV support, and guest services. + Oversee post-event procedures including space reset and post-event follow-up, such as distributing satisfaction surveys and tracking feedback. + Develop and present engaging amenity programming aligned with program goals and available budget. Manage approved programming, including: + Budget tracking, invoicing, and billing + Vendor coordination, performance oversight, and compliance with building requirements + Setup and breakdown of events, including staffing and logistical support in partnership with the onsite management team + Marketing and promotion of events via newsletters, building app, digital signage, and print collateral + Design and present a comprehensive food and beverage program (e.g., coffee, snacks, grab-and-go, catering) aligned with tenant preferences, program goals, and budget. + Build and manage a vendor network including procurement, COI collection, contract administration, and ongoing quality control. + Source and maintain food service equipment such as coffee machines, vending units, display fixtures, and catering supplies. + Oversee daily stocking and presentation of food and beverage offerings, ensuring availability and cleanliness throughout operating hours. + Track inventory and monitor waste to stay within budgeted parameters. + Prepare and submit monthly reporting on amenity usage, event participation, programming effectiveness, and food and beverage consumption in alignment with metrics defined by the client. **What You'll Need:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. + Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help. + Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills. + Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. + Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations and resolve issues. + Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Desire to learn new technologies and digital tools; such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications. + Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. The minimum salary for theWorkplace Experience Supervisoris $90,000 annually and the maximum salary is $99,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
