We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team in Taipei. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safe, efficient, and engaging work environments.

Your ‘Day to Day’

As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of workplace services and safety standards. You’ll manage third-party vendors, oversee office operations, and support senior leadership with administrative processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitor and improve Workplace Experience (WX) services through KPIs and vendor managementOversee third-party receptionist services and maintain a neat, organized office environmentCollaborate with Security and Market Safety teams to ensure a safe workplacePlan and execute office-related services (e.g., parking, company cars)Manage Taiwan fleet operations in line with policy and regulationsCoordinate employee services, gather feedback, and implement improvementsHandle procurement processes for WX services, including vendor selection and invoice managementManage company assets to optimize office space and storageSupport with general administrative tasksAct promptly to resolve issues and implement backup solutions when needed

Who We’re Looking For

A college/university degreeMinimum 3+ years of experience in Workplace ExperienceEHS Certification Requirements:Minimum Requirement: Level 3 (丙種職業安全衛生業務主管資格)Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Level 1(甲種勞工安全衛生業務主管資格) / (乙級勞工安全衛生管理員資格)Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skillsCollaborative team player with good English communication skillsExperience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is a plus
