As part of a “front-of-house” team, the Experience Coordinator is responsible for
creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by welcoming visitors and supporting all
employee-facing services.
**Here's a snapshot of your day;**
+ Services include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Reception / Switchboard, Room Management, A/V Support, Meeting & Event Management, Community Programs, Meeting Supply Equipment, Food Services.
+ Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
+ Greets employees and announces clients and visitors.
+ Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.
+ Coordinates catering for meeting and events.
+ Responds to customer requests and complaints promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
+ Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
+ Delivers orientations, such as tours of facility, how to submit a workorder, where supplies are kept and ordering procedure, amenities, and software ordering.
**What you'll need to thrive in this role:**
+ Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
+ Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.
+ Candidate should be passionate about workplace experience with a vibrant engaging personality.
+ Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook
