**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You’ll Do:**
· Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
· Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
· Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
· Provide an escort to clients and guests as requested.
· Print out bulk badge uploads for larger events and conferences. Ensure they are organized, labeled, and handed off to either the responsible coordinator or event host as directed.
· Monitor the centralized Concierge Inbox for email inquiries that require responses or action, inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor office supply levels and notify when levels drop below daily operational need.
· Provide hospitality services such as transportation and wayfinding recommendations.
· Assist with day of event support for larger events and conferences as directed by management.
· Cross train across all concierge floors and the lobby to be able to support daily operations as needed.
· Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
· Assist in resolving problems and acknowledging inquiries or complaints from clients and guests. Provide solutions and escalate to management when appropriate.
**What You’ll Need:**
**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future**
· 5 Star luxury hotel experience.
· Previous Concierge Experience a plus.
· High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
· Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
· Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Previous experience with management platforms. Examples include, Vornado, Proxy Click, PassPortal.
· Visitor and guests management system experience.
· Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
· Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $57,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $62,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
