What this job involves: The Workplace Experience Professional plays an integral role on the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team, providing support for multiple service lines, including Asset & Inventory Management, Soft Services, vendor compliance, and work order performance. You will be the key liaison with Client stakeholders, triaging and escalating inquiries and concerns related to the quality and delivery of services managed by the Facilities team.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage moveable assets, ensuring proper storage in designated bin locations and maintaining accurate data in the inventory management system (e.g., iOffice).Collaborate with key client stakeholders and the account team to manage the asset liquidation process.Catalog and tag moveable residential, office, and lab assets in the space management system.Work with the Asset & Inventory Supervisor to generate reports, develop knowledge-based materials, and support system enhancements.Facilitate weekly move activities or projects, coordinating with third-party vendors.Monitor and support the team in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Customer Satisfaction Survey scores.Identify and propose solutions for continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor invoicing or work order non-conformance issues.Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, service providers, and JLL colleagues.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Demonstrated experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or property management.Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.Comfort with a variety of systems/software used in facilities management.Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders, including senior leadership.Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking.Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.Valid state driver's license.Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines consistently.Ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Motivation to grow and excel in a high-performing organization.Location:
