What you’ll do:
Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience across all front-of-house, reception, and facilities support functionsBuild strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, service partners, and colleaguesEnsure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment through regular floor walks and adherence to site rulesProvide first-line support and triage for facilities and meeting room services, including AV and catering assistanceAdapt flexibly to evolving business needs, supporting reception, inductions, events, and general office duties as requiredBe the site's go-to for providing information and assistance
What you bring:
Experience in a client facing role, ideally in a corporate settingProactive and able to work on own initiative with a strong can-do attitudeExcellent communicator and good listener with exceptional interpersonal skillsResilient and flexible, with a hands-on approach to delivering great serviceReliable team player with experience collaborating effectively with othersDetail-oriented and IT literate, capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyProficient with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePointStrong organisational abilities and attention to detail
