What you’ll do:

Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience across all front-of-house, reception, and facilities support functions.Build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, service partners, and colleagues.Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment through regular floor walks and adherence to site rules.Provide first-line support and triage for facilities and meeting room services, including AV and catering assistance.Adapt flexibly to evolving business needs, supporting reception, inductions, events, and general office duties as required.Be the sites 'go-to for providing information and assistance

 

What you bring:

Experience in mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail, would be an advantage.Proactive and able to work on own initiative with a strong can-do attitudeExcellent communicator and good listener with exceptional interpersonal skills.Resilient and flexible, with a hands-on approach to delivering great service.Reliable team player with experience collaborating effectively with others.Detail-oriented and IT literate, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Proficient with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePointStrong organisational abilities and attention to detail
