What this opportunity involves:

We're seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Coordinator to create exceptional workplace environments for our client. As the front line ambassador for workplace services, you'll ensure seamless operations while delivering outstanding experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster productive, engaging environments and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity and wellbeing.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Manage reception, visitor services and workplace enquiries

Coordinate desk booking and room reservation systems

Plan and execute workplace events and engagement initiatives

Ensure workspaces are properly maintained and ready for use

Monitor and troubleshoot workplace technology systems

Collect and analyse workplace feedback data

Implement workplace programs aligned with client culture

Sound like you? What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You'll need technical proficiency with workplace management tools and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business or related field with customer-facing experience

Strong communication skills with excellent task prioritisation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office, workplace management tools and space management software

Experience in corporate workplace environments, event planning and project coordination
