What this job involves:

At JLL, we're looking for a dynamic Workplace Experience Coordinator who will play a crucial role in creating exceptional workplace environments for our clients. In this position, you'll serve as the front-line ambassador for workplace services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and as our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster productive, engaging, and innovative workplace environments. You'll be instrumental in implementing workplace strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and wellbeing while supporting our clients' organizational goals.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace experience inquiries, managing reception duties, visitor management, and first-level support for workplace issuesCoordinate workspace management activities including desk booking, room reservations, and space utilization trackingPlan and execute workplace events, activities, and initiatives that foster community and enhance employee engagementCollaborate with facility management teams to ensure workspaces are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for useMonitor workplace technology systems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptlyCollect and analyze workplace feedback data to identify improvement opportunities and track satisfaction metricsSupport the implementation of workplace experience programs that align with client culture and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in workplace services, hospitality, or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software/toolsDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing workplace needs and requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in corporate workplace environments or facility managementKnowledge of workplace experience best practices and emerging trendsFamiliarity with space management software and digital workplace toolsExperience planning and coordinating corporate events or activitiesUnderstanding of workplace health and safety protocolsProject coordination or management experienceMulti-lingual capabilities
