This is a onsite position from Monday till Friday (40hrs/week)** **You have strong communication skills in English , and French (oral & written), Dutch is a plus** **Please upload your cv and motivation letter in English** **About the Role:** As a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **What You’ll Do:** + First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location. + Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. + Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. + Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed. + Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. + Oversee support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care. + Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines. + Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. + Deliver new hire orientation, training, and coaching. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. + Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision. + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. + Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. **What You’ll Need:** + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Assistant front office managers, senior event planners, event operations managers, or workplace supervisors + At least 3 years in hospitality, and 2 years supporting a workplace experience program in another account or vendor setting + **Excellent English skills, detail orientation and natural leadership presence (for La Plaine we will need French Language from B2 level, Dutch as a plus not required)** + Someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a team-first environment Our offer: In return, we offer a fixed contract, fulltime position with an excellent salary and benefits (,cellphone, laptop,Health inssurance plan..) with fantastic opportunities for progression in a growing business.
