Workplace Experience Associate

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Client Engagement:
• Work alongside with Authority and Community Manager (CM) to plan, communicate and executive events to meet the Authority’s objective and goals

• Curate a welcoming and collaborative community environment that supports an inclusive culture for our employees

• Engage with all guests, employees and key stakeholders

• To develop creative, engaging and original contents, campaigns, initiatives, and programs to create a flexible, sustainable, productive and joyful workplace

• Evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact to ensure they remain relevant and continue to deliver value to our employee community and report statistics and data back to Community Manager

• Assist Community Manager and ESG Ambassador to curate and gather participation in new outreach opportunities to increase awareness in green and sustainability efforts in Authority premise (e.g., reduce waste, improve recycling, save energy and water, etc.)

• Support and guide Authority’s employee community on how to use the amenities to help them maximise their productivity in the workplace

• Crafting responses to feedback in Workplace Connect emails

• Any other marketing, event management, public relations tasks as and when required by the Authority

• Assist to manage Smart Locker follow-ups and replenishment tracking

• Assist Authority to create posters and signages using approved templates

Employee Engagement & Event Management:
• Create a ‘WOW’ moment for all guests and employees upon their arrival to the office

• Contribute ideas for the HX Calendar
• Support in office decorations for festive occasions
• Help plan and execute monthly calendar events
• Assist in updating Video Wall and Product TV content
• Help select Safety Moment topics for Video Wall updates
 

Miscellaneous:
• Support the Community Manager with other operations and implementations as and when required
• Update the JLL Improvement Work Tracker and to report back the statistics as and when required

• Manage snacks and beverage inventory management
• Managing the forgotten locker for valuable items

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area / Experienced in Hospitality and/or F&B and/or Tourism sector or related professional area / Events Operations Management

• Degree/Diploma from an accredited institute

• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality 

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment 

•  Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service 

•  Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skills 

•  Ability to work with diverse teams – lead by example; respectful, cooperative, accountable 

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally 

•  Excellent organizational skills and process management 

•  Ability to adapt to new devices, technology and applications 

•  Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook) 

•  Proven experience in a customer service environment
